The plain terms

Price

TalkBooks has a Free plan and a Pro plan ($15/month, or ₦15,000/month with Paystack), with Pro free for 14 days on every new account. Prices are on the Pricing page. Cancel any time and ask for a copy of your records.

When your customers pay invoices online, TalkBooks keeps 1% of each payment on top of Stripe's or Paystack's own fee.

What TalkBooks is

• A record keeper you talk to. It writes down money in and out, keeps customers, drafts and sends invoices and estimates, and answers questions about your numbers.
• It is not an accountant or tax adviser. Check the numbers before you file taxes, and ask a professional when it matters.
• It can mishear. That's why it reads things back and waits for your yes before it books money, sends email, or deletes anything. Drafts (invoices, estimates, customers) are saved so you can review them before anything goes out.

Your part

• Use it for your own business and only email people you do business with. No spam.
• Keep your password to yourself. One account per business owner.

• Keep your books private (see Privacy) and the service running as well as we can. Early access means things may change and occasionally break; tell us when they do.
